ABOUT Q2 IMPACT

Q2 is a global consulting firm with more than 25 years of experience providing data-driven and insightful solutions for government clients in close to 100 countries. Q2 has also managed many Institutional Support Services (ISS) contracts, including very large recruitment and staff contracts, in Washington for the US Agency for International Development (USAID), the Department of State (DOS), and the Department of Defense (DOD). In those contracts and with the many Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Platform projects Q2 implemented abroad, it uses digital technologies to enhance knowledge management and integrated management information systems is central to it management and technical strategies, Q2 has also implemented large and complex institutional support service contracts and recruiting and staffing contracts for USAID.

The QED Group, LLC (dba Q2 Impact or Q2) will pursue the A&A Workforce contract and project and encourages people who may want to work on this project to send their Curricula Vitae to Q2’s Human Resources and Recruiting Office at Q2 Impact. The purpose of this award will be to provide USAID’s Acquisition & Assistance Workforce with Private Sector Engagement (PSE) and localization training. The selected contractor will place staff in the A&A Bureau and provide training for new acquisitions, contracts, and procurement officers; provide training foreign service nationals; provide surge recruiting and staffing support; and monitoring, evaluation, and learning support to A&A.

The A&A Workforce contractor will be asked to recruit for the following kinds of A&A positions:

  • Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) advisors and experts
  • Acquisitions Management Specialists
  • Procurement Management Specialists
  • Contracts Managers
  • Acquisitions, contracts, and procurement training specialists
  • Training design, delivery, and management
  • Surge support recruiting and staff administration.

While we expect to place full-time staff members in several of these positions, there will be a significant need to provide advisors and experts for short-term assignments in DC or abroad.
