Q2 Impact is seeking a dynamic and experienced Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) Director to play a key role in the anticipated USAID/Jordan Knowledge, Monitoring, Evidence, Learning, and Research (KMELR) Activity. The KMELR Activity aims to foster a culture of learning and adaptation within USAID/Jordan and its partners, ensuring that evidence and insights inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in program implementation. The CLA Director will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of CLA strategies, facilitating knowledge sharing, and promoting adaptive management practices. This position will report to the Deputy Chief of Party located within the country office in Amman, Jordan. The successful candidate will be submitted as Key Personnel as part of the bid process and onboarded upon successful contract award to Q2 Impact and USAID approval.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Foster strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, serve as a convener for dialogue and learning around emerging issues, assist in identifying and responding to key learning questions and coordinate efforts amongst implementing partners (IPs) working on common Development Objectives (DOs).

Participate in, and support capacity building activities for Mission staff, IPs, government counterparts and other stakeholders in CLA methods, knowledge management, and adaptive management approaches.
MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

A minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience with monitoring and evaluation activities in a complex international development context, with a strong emphasis on collaborating, learning and adapting (CLA).
